Cancelation Policy for A+ Picks Sports Betting Community

Policy Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which members of the A+ Picks discord server may cancel their membership and request a refund. It is important that all members are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.
Eligibility for Cancellation and Refunds
Members may cancel their membership at any time by sending a request to an administrator of the A+ Picks discord server or going directly through their subscription dashboard on Hyper. We can be reached through our Contact Us page, through direct messages on Discord, and/or our company email. However, refunds are only available for members who cancel their membership within 24 hours of their initial purchase. After this 24-hour period, no refunds will be granted.
Process for Cancellation and Refunds
In order to cancel their membership and request a refund, members must contact an administrator of the A+ Picks discord server via direct message. The administrator will confirm the member's cancellation and issue a refund within 7 business days, provided the member is eligible for a refund as outlined in section 2 of this policy.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy
There may be exceptional circumstances under which the A+ Picks discord server may choose to grant a refund outside of the 24-hour period outlined in section 2 of this policy. These exceptional circumstances may include, but are not limited to: technical issues with the discord server, or other circumstances beyond the control of the member. If a member feels that their situation merits a refund outside of the 24-hour period, they should contact an administrator of the A+ Picks discord server to discuss their case.

Changes to the Cancellation Policy
The A+ Picks discord server reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time, without notice. Members are responsible for regularly reviewing this policy to stay informed of any changes.
